Most of our occasions are filled with flowers such as
anniversaries, valentine’s day, birthdays and mostly weddings. The flower
decoration is always necessary to make it colorful, happy, fragrant and bright.
Getting and giving flowers as a gift to dear ones is probably the most
affectionate and effective option for showing love. It is also used widely for proposing the life
partners as well as used as a symbol of tribute on the funeral of loved ones. Apart
from these uses, there are some other uses with various kinds of flowers.

Our globe consists more than a thousand different species of
flowers and how many more exists there is still unknown, However, we’ve

Rose:
The rose flower grows in many different colors but the most
liked and known are red and yellow roses while sometimes, the white and purple
roses are found generally. There are over 100 species of rose, almost all are
originally from wild and come from several parts of the world, Europe, North
America, Northwest Africa and many areas from Asia. Such wild roses can be
grown in gardens and the most used for the gardening purpose are cultivars.
Sunflower:
The sunflower is a seasonal plant, native to the Americas.
This flower has a large head and its name resembles its shape and image, which is
often used to follow the way of the sun. The stem of this flower can be grown
up to 3 meters tall with a hairy stem, rough leaves and a flower that can be
wide as 30 cm.
Jasmine:
The mostly found species of jasmine flower is white and
sometimes yellow, as this flower contains around 200 species. It may be
originated from the Himalayas in Western China and native to tropical and warm
regions of Europe, Africa, and Asia. Jasmine has often strong and sweet scents,
and they are mostly cultivated for its smelly fragrance and shinning leaves.
Tulip:
One of the most popular flowers in spring is a tulip. It is
counted as the third most popular flowers in the world, next to the Rose and
Chrysanthemum. Tulips grow in many colors, shapes, height and about 75 wild species
of this plant occurs which belongs to the Liliaceae family. There are about 100
species which grow wild in Central Asia. Now, there are about 3 thousand
varieties of cultivated tulips which are registered and still counting.
Lily:
This flower with such an adorable feminine name also became
the top 100 names for newborn girls and reached at the rank of 18 by 2009. The
most favored is white lily and used to show purity in the soul.
